About Sarah:
Meet Your Therapist
Welcome!
Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet.
After nearly two decades of clinical experience, I am humbled and grateful to have walked alongside hundreds of clients who have bravely stepped into this life-changing work.
I absolutely love working with people from all backgrounds and cultures, and this passion for people drew me to the social work profession at an early age. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with both a Masters and PhD in clinical social work. I was born and raised in St. Louis, spent many exciting and transformative years in New York City, and I currently reside in Nashville, Tennessee with my amazing partner.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am also an artist. I spend much of my time making pottery, which helps me to infuse creative expression into my work with clients.
